At BY FAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn and pristine items. Please ensure all original packaging and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original BY FAR box and protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
